An umbrella network of civil society organizations, supported by the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). COSCE mobilized 1,000 domestic observers for the 2022 legislative elections, and regularly publishes observation findings.
A large civic coalition that monitors elections across Senegal. In 2019, the platform deployed around 4,100 local observers, making it one of the largest citizen monitoring efforts. It continues to work with partners on civic education and electoral transparency.
